Mixed multiple orthogonal polynomials and integrability; 
a Riemann-Hilbert approach.



Abstract: In this talk I will explain how to deduce equations for 
multicomponent KP hierarchies from the Riemann-Hilbert problem related 
to mixed multiple orthogonal polynomials. Time permitting I will also 
explain the relation between mixed multiple orthogonal polynomials and 
the theory of isomonodromic tau functions.
