The Registration to the Spanish Relativity Meeting 2011 is open till 15th of June.

The deadline for payment of Registration Fee is 25th of July. Late payment is possible but 50€ penalty will be applied.

The conference fee depends on whether you are a member of the Spanish Society for Gravitation and Relativity SEGRE or not. The fee amounts to

• SEGRE members = early payment 250€, late payment 300€.

• Non SEGRE members = early payment 300€, late payment 350€

The registration fee will cover coffee breaks, an abstract booklet, a conference folder with useful information, the proceedings volume and all social events of the conference. These social events are

• Lunch vouchers at the Physical Sciences Building from Monday to Thursday (four days). Please, wear also your badge at the cafeteria.
  

• Welcome evening reception with a cocktail, on Monday 29th of August.
  

• Guided Visit to Aranjuez royal palace and gardens with guided tours in English, on Wednesday 31st of August.

• Conference dinner also on Wednesday 31st of August.
